Dear Community,
I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue we encountered while attempting to repair a FlashForge adventurer 3 lite 3D printer. Initially, the extruder to load the filament was not functioning properly. After disassembling the printer and replacing a faulty spring, we were able to resolve the loading issue. However, this repair has introduced a new challenge.
The filament loading tube now fails to stay securely in place during printing. Although we have attempted to fix the securing ring, we found it difficult to reattach properly.
We would greatly appreciate any suggestions or recommendations on how to resolve this issue. Specifically, we are seeking advice on how to better secure the filament tube during operation, whether through a new component, material, or another approach.
We are committed to finding a solution and will continue to document our progress. Please feel free to share your insights, and we will be sure to update the community on our results.
If we can get this printer repaired, we will use this printer and will make a review video on it. Below, I have attached an image of the printer
Thank you for your time and support and don't forget to follow for more content!
